What boiler brands do you work with?

We work with a range of well-known, reliable boiler manufacturers and can recommend models that suit your home, budget, and how you use your heating. If you have a preferred brand already, tell us and we’ll advise around that.

Are your engineers qualified and insured?

Yes. All gas work is carried out by fully qualified, Gas Safe registered engineers, and we hold the appropriate insurance for the work we do. Safety and compliance are a priority on every job, big or small.

Do you guarantee your work?

We stand by our workmanship. All labour comes with a guarantee, and the boilers and parts we fit are covered by manufacturer warranties. If anything doesn’t feel right after we’ve left, contact us and we’ll come back to put it right.

How soon can you install a new boiler?

It depends on how busy we are and the type of boiler required, but in many cases we can fit within a few days of you approving the quote. If you’re without heating or hot water, we’ll prioritise you where possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and most major debit and credit cards. Payment details are clearly shown on your invoice, and we’ll confirm everything with you when we book the job.

How often should I service my boiler?

We recommend a full service once a year. Regular servicing keeps your boiler running safely and efficiently and is often required to keep the manufacturer’s warranty valid. We can also remind you when your next service is due if you’d find that helpful.
