Yes. If you’ve got no heating, no hot water, or a serious leak, we’ll do our best to get someone out as quickly as possible. Call us and we’ll confirm our soonest available slot and any call-out charges before you decide.
Smaller jobs are usually charged at a clear hourly rate with a minimum charge. For larger work, such as new boilers, full heating systems, or bathroom projects, we’ll give you a fixed written quote so you know the cost before we start. Anything that could change the price is discussed with you first.
Yes. Quotes for boiler replacements, full heating installs, and bathroom upgrades are free and carry no pressure. We’ll explain the options in plain language and leave the choice with you.
We work with a range of well-known, reliable boiler manufacturers and can recommend models that suit your home, budget, and how you use your heating. If you have a preferred brand already, tell us and we’ll advise around that.
Yes. All gas work is carried out by fully qualified, Gas Safe registered engineers, and we hold the appropriate insurance for the work we do. Safety and compliance are a priority on every job, big or small.
We stand by our workmanship. All labour comes with a guarantee, and the boilers and parts we fit are covered by manufacturer warranties. If anything doesn’t feel right after we’ve left, contact us and we’ll come back to put it right.
It depends on how busy we are and the type of boiler required, but in many cases we can fit within a few days of you approving the quote. If you’re without heating or hot water, we’ll prioritise you where possible.
We accept bank transfer and most major debit and credit cards. Payment details are clearly shown on your invoice, and we’ll confirm everything with you when we book the job.
We recommend a full service once a year. Regular servicing keeps your boiler running safely and efficiently and is often required to keep the manufacturer’s warranty valid. We can also remind you when your next service is due if you’d find that helpful.
